Quickstart
Six steps, on the phone or laptop you already own. Nothing to install, no card reader, no terminal to plug in. Here is every screen you'll pass through, in the order the portal expects them.
The panels below reproduce the merchant portal, which is in Italian.

Open the link we email you and type your address. There is no password to choose and none to forget — a six-digit code arrives, you type it in, you're through.
The code lasts ten minutes and works once. If it hasn't arrived within a minute, it's in the spam folder.

Give the place a name — or one entry per location, if you have more than one. Language and country can stay empty; they follow the business.
Do this before the card. Each shop carries its own scanner link, so the card has nowhere to be stamped until one exists.

Decide the rule: how many stamps, and what they earn. Ten coffees for a free one, six pizzas for a dessert — whatever you'd have printed on cardboard.
Tick your shop at the bottom before saving. With only one shop it's already ticked for you.

A new card is saved as a draft. Open it and press Attiva.
This is the step worth remembering. A draft looks finished — it's saved, it's in the list — but customers can't join it and the QR stays hidden until you activate it.

The card's page now shows a join QR. Print it and stand it by the till. That square is the whole enrollment process: a customer points their camera at it and the card lands in their wallet.

Your shop's page holds a scanner link. Open it on whatever phone or tablet lives by the register and bookmark it. That's how you stamp: point it at the customer's card and the stamp appears on their phone straight away.
Anyone holding that link can give stamps, so keep it off the counter. If it does get out, regenerate it from the same page and the old one dies instantly.

They point their camera at the QR, tap once to save the card, and it's in the wallet they already carry. Every stamp after that shows up on their phone by itself — nothing to open, nothing to refresh.

Two things nobody warns you about
The next day the portal asks for a fresh code. That's deliberate: a tablet left on the counter shouldn't stay logged into your business forever.
It carries its own permission to stamp, which is what lets any borrowed phone work without a login. Treat it like the key to the till, and regenerate it if it wanders.
